Measure rough opening width (A) and desired vertical return height (B) for each side.

Add all three measurements together to determine the length of Flex-Sill to be cut.

(A) + (B) + (B) = FLEX-SILL LENGTH

Make relief cuts on each end of Flex-Sill using (B) measurement. This will allow Flex-Sill to bend at corner of the rough opening.

NOTE:

Cut to line 1 for 2" x 6" sill

Cut to line 2 for 2" x 4" sill

Fold along creased lines to form Flex-Sill.

Install Flex-Sill pre-formed corners on each side of rough opening.

NOTE:

Corners may be taped or stapled in place

Install Flex-Sill into rough opening and tape top of Flex-sill on each side.
